Physiotherapy ~ This is the opportunity to look at the root causes behind your injury, pain, diseade or disfunction, and to allow true healing to occur. This may include looking at life-style, work, choices and self-care, professional advice on posture, gait and movement, as well as offering hands-on treatment such as massage, ultrasound, laser and exercises or the very gentle yet powerful charapuncture (universal acupuncture).
Massage ~ Back, legs, arms, face and tummy massages are possible depending on what is needed. This is a very gentle but powerful massage that helps harmful energy to leave the body and is far reaching in its effect.
Chakrapuncture ~ This is a similarly gentle and powerful treatment that inspires true well-being at the deepest level such that the body is able to restore itself through the 45,000 chakra system.

The Physiotherapy treatments in Lightwater are recognised by private medical insurance companies such as BUPA and AXA/PPP subject to pre-authorisation.
GP, consultant and self-referrals are welcome.
