Twice monthly sessions are held here at South Ascot Physiotherapy Centre, Wednesday evenings, 8-9:30 pm. Workshops available. Everyone welcome! This can touch your heart, 'tune' you up and expand your awareness. Start to build a strong foundation of sound, movement, breath and meditation in your life. The joy of discovering stillness, your natural voice through toning and the harmony within, allows a connection, clarity and focus that you may never have felt before. It is through this gentleness and self-love that we can really begin to evolve. No musical experience is required, just a willing heart to be inspired in a relaxed group setting.
Private Esoteric (innermost) Sound Healing sessions also available - Using sound and touch techniques for clearing physical and emotional blocks and releasing energetic imprints for health and well-being. Pure tone from the inner-heart brings healing on a cellular level.
Shirley-Ann has completely levels 1, 2 and 3 of teacher training with Chris James and keeps up to date with this ever evolving work. She is also a student of Esoteric Healing with Universal Medicine. A Chartered Physiotherapist, she incorporates the sound healing alongside Physiotherapy in private and group sessions or workshops.
